When bought at 1 June 2010 YH JV33 a large format printer paint my heart science arrival.USD 6265.95 just gone.Meaning nothing eventhough eat several month keep as saving.
Where the promise Where the Warranty ......that all bullshit.
How proud,when could buy a large format printer that has dreamed long time and now exist on front my eye.With smile my hand open one screw to another screw till end .The screw tight a parcel from log.
My smile gone reduce and reduce till no smile appear,examine one by one a part of printer,several part look old and gone rusty,make complaint to them.No response,take a sand paper re rub and repaint the part.My responsibility?!
When complete reassemble,mind switch plug on have something wrong ,the printer not works.Again complaint made,they promise will send technician to solve a problem but me should agree pay a flight cost,hostel,food and salary for 3 days works?!.That is still on your warranty."PROTESTED"...if me reluctant they could do nothing.Urge agree....They come.The carriage board problem should change ...ridicule's it they call new?! The board change not new too why?...why not new that is till on your warranty..THAT Just our procedure..how bad that answer fool me as stupid buyer.
Printer can work,but always stuck,stopper Holder break off,an ink spell out.NO quality photo succeed be print?!! they call it 1440 dpi bullshit it just 700-1080 dpi.Several part should be repair again.At last it can works after a month and half it works, before absolutely couldn't print,and ink couldn't spray out.
